Friendly staff, lovely lady walked us through the whole thing and gave us plenty of options and time to choose, we left the store to discuss what we wanted and no pressure was applied. Returned a little while later and sorted out the whole finance thing which even let us choose the deposit value so we could get the monthly cost at a nice round number (sorry OCD). Overall great experience, hopefully the delivery and produce match up.

The person who served us (Toni) was really helpful, she was able to explain the different types of mattresses and the benefits of each, also helped us choose the right headboard and base. In addition to this she also helped keep my 11yr old entertained whilst we were in the store. All colleagues in duty talked to us and offered us beverages. It was a really pleasant experience and we would definitely shop here again!

We travelled a distance to a store which stocked furniture only to find the items we wanted are being discontinued and not on display. The salesman took us through the quality and recommended the item. He was friendly and informative.

Richard referred us to 3 mattresses that would suit us and give us all the information we needed to make our choice. He made the decision very easy.

Quick and easy friendly service

The assistant remembered us from a previous visit two weeks prior. She could see we had young children to who a bed shop is like a play area! She gave them a book which they loved and we were able to Process our order (we knew what we wanted) quickly and efficiently.
