The product we wanted was there at the right price although there was limited numbers of the type of bed we wanted. Lee, the assistant manager was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable and along with the quality of product, his customer service is why I will recommend and be using dreams again.

Lee-Ryan serves us and he was brilliant. Lee advised, informed and educated us accordingly. He was personable, never salesy/pushy. A perfect balance! The overall store was well kept and staff seemed to be happy and enjoying their day, which in current climate was brilliant to see!

For me, it's all about professional courtesy and customer satisfaction. As long as I'm treated well and the staff member is friendly and courteous, then I'm happy, even if you can't help me or haven't got what I need.

Toni (warrington store) who we dealt with had the patients of a Saint. We visited with our 2 young boys who you can imagine where like kids in a sweet shop, full of energy and wanted to go on every bed. She was brilliant with us and the boys (sorry you had to sanitise near enough every bed in the shop) She advised us to use the machine to see which mattress suited us best. We had a few options but went for the Tempa in the end, and we are very happy with our choice. She explained the benefits of all the mattress options and allowed us to try them all (aswell as the boys). We did see the mattress in a competitiors shop a little cheaper than Dreams, but we had the pillows added to our package, a little more expensive (not alot) than the competitor but we were happy enough due to the customer service we were provided with to follow through with the purchase. Arrived exactly when it should. Delivery guys Cristian and Tom were also excellent. Wore shoe coverings to enter the house and placed the mattress on our bed upstairs too! Very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new bed/mattress to visit dreams, Great from start to finish.

Cheryl was extremely helpful, took time to explain everything, discuss options and at no time did we feel rushed in making our decision or pressurised. The whole experience was seamless and pleasant..
