From the outset Chris had a relaxed and friendly approach, he asked what had brought us to the store and I felt he really understood what my needs were. Despite me initially saying I wasn’t going to purchase that day he was very thorough and gave me all the product details. He offered us a hot drink which I thought was a kind touch. I liked the sleep match system as I often struggle to understand which type of mattress would be best for me, so that made me feel more confident in the options I was shown. Even my mum ended up placing an order as we felt the service was fantastic and we trusted Chris. Richard and Dee also spoke to us, which was nice and made the atmosphere feel more like a family then a work place. It was very relaxed but also professional and we both left happy with our choices.
