I was buying this as a present so was a little unsure on what I was buying. The gentleman who served me was extremely helpful and knowledgable in what I would require. I came out, totally happy with my purchase and it’s a long time since I have felt that within the retail industry.

we were extremely happy with the assistance we received from Toni in the warrington branch she is very knowledgeable and helpful, even when due to my age i had a senior moment and a hot flush she offered me water and gave me time to recover with no rush, she gave me both space and time which was very much appreciated

The sales assistant Toni listened to what we wanted and explained the different mattresses to us and then left us to have a look around. We didn’t feel pressured and she supplied us with the information we asked for.

Lee was very knowledgeable helpful and professional advice given products pointed out. And time given to make my choice.

John, who was helping us took time to understand our needs, he explained everything, he could answer all our questions. Very knowledgeable person, he has great customer service skills. He wasn't pushy at all, he wasn't trying to sell but we felt he was there to help. He even gave us freebies in the end. 5* customer service.
