From the minute we entered the store we were welcomed and looked after very well by Cheryl. After using the ‘sleep machine’ we were taken to the recommended mattresses to try them out with no time pressures at all. We were able to try them in our own time and make our own decisions. There was no sales pressure from Cheryl. She was very knowledgeable and took time to understand what we needed and then, as we tried out the mattresses, gave us useful information and advice when we asked questions. At no point did we feel pressured to buy. As for the current COVID 19 protocols, we felt very safe. All staff were compliant, wearing either face masks or visors and we were impressed to see that beds were resanitised after customers had tried them. We went into Dreams to look at mattresses. Because of the service from Cheryl and the store standards, we ended up buying a mattress and a new ottoman base bed!
