Using the Dreams technology to find out which mattress would suit us was really helpful as i would have bought the wrong mattress without this process. I thought i needed a soft mattress but your machine told a different story, i really needed to buy a very firm mattress. My partner and I initially visited Dreams in July as we were waiting for our mortgage to complete on our first home together and we wanted to find a good quality bed that would be comfortable for us both. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by Lee who asked us if we wanted to complete the sleep match test. This gave us a selection of different mattresses that would suit both of our sleeping positions and bodies. Lee showed us several and gave us time (and pillows!) to lie on each and test them out. He got to know our needs and our story about waiting for our house and was so helpful and knowledgeable that we knew we would absolutely go back once we were ready to order our bed. And that's exactly what we did today! Lee remembered us coming in a couple pf months ago and even remembered us telling him that we were supposed to get married in Las Vegas back in April. That sort of connection with Lee and his openness and friendliness made our choice to order from Dreams even better. The high level of customer service is what made us confident that we wanted to order from Dreams, and it will be the reason we return again and again in the future.
