Initially only dropping in to see what our options were, we were met by Chris. He was very friendly and suggested we try the calibrated bed to see what would suit our sleeping styles. He was really knowledgeable and showed us a variety of options across a range of budgets. We settled on a great deal, sadly to find it was out of stock with no delivery date available. However we went ahead anyway. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, and has since contacted us with an update (no delivery date yet, but hopefully soon!)
