We only went in to browse, we used the sleep match machine and were massively impressed with the selection it offered. Lee was very helpful, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. After agreeing on a mattress, we agreed on a bed and thought....sod it, lets get it and we added some snazzy pillows too. It was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and we were able to use your 0% interest free credit. We can't wait to get our new quality bed and mattress now.

Lee greeted us kindly as we walked into the store and knew immediately when we needed some help. He took time to understand what we were looking for and directed us appropriately. He left us when we needed a little time to talk and came back to answer questions when we needed him to. He was just brilliant and an absolute credit to you.

Me and my partner came into store as we had recently bought a bed online but wanted to come into store for the mattress. The Dreams worker (Lee) came over straight away, explained where hand sanitiser, water and gloves were and explained items may feel damp due to sanitisation. Lee then explained the colour coding and different types of mattress’s and where to find them, Lee gave perfect amount of information without bombarding us. We had a nosey round and Lee talked about pillows and provided with paper covers so we could try them out. We didn’t expect to go in and find a mattress so easily but as soon as we found the one we wanted we approached Lee who was genuinely happy to help and I felt like he was passionate about it. Lee ensures we knew about everything without making us feel pressured or as though he was trying to ‘upsell’ everything. The store was really clean, all staff were wearing appropriate PPE and we’re friendly and chatty. All workers seemed happy to be there and as though they loved their jobs. I would really recommend going here, I didn’t think I’d ever say this but I actually had fun in store! Well done everyone
