I received excellent service while in store. Richard put me on the sleep machine to calculate the right type of mattress. He was very clear in his explaination and what it would indicate to me. Toni then took me to the different mattresses that would suit me, explaining the difference types and prices. I was very clear that I wasn't keen on memory foam and this was taken into account. After selecting my chosen mattress, Toni when through the different options available, including the bed cover, and half price duvets and pillows. I took the bed cover and half price duvet, however I did not feel either Richard or Toni were pushy at any point. I was given excellent service from start to finish and was given my chosen delivery date very easily.

Katy who helped us with our purchase was extremely knowledgeable & made us think about things we hadn’t ie buying a king size bed instead of a double for our 6ft 3in son! She spent alot of time with us making sure we were purchasing the correct beds for our needs. She also left us to make our own decisions and was very warm & personable.

Assistance available when we required it, no pushy salesman Ability to try the full number of mattresses identified as suitable for us Pillows sanitised prior to and after use Friendly staff, not just Bob who was assisting us Delivery options, delivery slot identified 20% discount!

A much more pleasant and smooth service the sales assistant (Christopher) was friendly and professional and explained everything and listened to me I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all
