Our overall experience was very relaxed and easy, Chris who helped us was very helpful and patient and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable.

Used the Dreams bed that analyses how you sleep, Katy was very helpful explaining everything & showed us all the suitable beds of the different prices and gave us a paper covered pillow. Then left us to try them all out, but was attentive - she overheard us talking about the price and pointed out that we were looking at the wrong column. Enjoyed my time at Dreams, would definitely come back if I need another mattress.

The staff were so very helpful, nothing too much trouble, we were guided with good advice and it made the overall experience a very smooth pleasant one. Will only ever shop here for beds in the future due to such a pleasant customer friendly experience.
