The products we wanted to view were available in the showroom. We were greeted and provided with pillows to test the various mattresses. Met three members of staff, all of whom were very polite and helpful. We were not rushed or pressured. Everything was clean and felt safe. The sales team had a good knowledge of the products we were interested in. Placing an order was straightforward. The price was competitive and the products we chose were exclusive to Dreams.
