I went at a quiet time when I hoped for excellent attention from the salesperson. This was excellent and the whole experience was very satisfactory.

He had a broad knowledge of all the mattresses we looked at and understood our needs as customers. He helped us with the sleep tester mattress which gave us a better understanding of the type of mattress me and partner need. Both myself and partner left the store feeling confident we had made the right choice.

The reason we shopped at this store was solely down to the service received from John, the store manager. I had accompanied my daughter a few weeks earlier, and John was so knowledgeable and helpful, that my wife and I decided to take our business there. Once again, John demonstrated that he was an asset to the Dreams company. Superb service. Highly recommend
