The lady who assisted me Cheryl had spent time advising me the day before my purchase, knowing that I wasn't intending to buy that day. Often that puts people off but Cheryl spent time explaining options and talking knowledgeably about the beds and my options, pointing out things I had not thought of. I was very pleased to see her the following day when we purchased the bed, she again dealt with us and was very friendly in her manner. There was no hard sell, which puts me off straight away!
