Cheryl from the Warrington Junction 8 store was extremely helpful. Very personable and explained everything well. Wasn’t overbearing when showing us the mattresses recommended by the analysis - explained each product and left us to try them each in our own time without looming over us. Gave us plenty of time to make a decision without pressure or hard sales tactics. The bottled water during the checkout process was a nice touch.
