Me and my partner could not believe how easy and stress free it easy. Both the salesperson (Bob) and the gent who set us up on the mattress checker machine where extremely smiley and helpful. Offered us a beverage and chatted throughout our visit.

I went in not knowing what I needed. I was greeted by Toni who after listening to me invited me try the sleep bed machine. She programmed in my problems and the bed did it’s work. When it ended Toni took me around to the mattresses that would suit my back. I was in heaven. She gave me a pillow and tisssue to cover it for H&S which I appreciated. She showed me to each mattress then left me to try them out on my own which gave me the time I needed to make my decision. She made the whole process way and enjoyable offering me a drink. She answered all my questions about finances and processed everything efficiently. I left one very happy customer. I have already told people of my experience at dream beds and have recommended they try you first and not to buy off the internet as we don’t know what’s best for our own body to sleep without help. I only have to wait 8 days for available deliver but chose 2 days later so I would be at home for collection. Toni 11/out of 10. The biggest thing was listening to me my needs and putting me at ease. I felt in good hands and look forward to my new mattress

The Dreams Colleague made our bed, headboard and mattress buying experience perfect from start to finish and I would like to highly recommend Toni for her excellent customer service. Toni took us through the automated bed/mattress assessment to determine our most suited softness/firmness for each of us. She listened attentively to our explanation that my girlfriend has not only back but also hip problems (three herniated/prolapsed intervertebral discs and osteoporotic hips) and advised us accordingly. She gave us time to think and discuss and even offered us a coffee or a bottle of water, which was nice! Overall, a great experience, and the buying of our super king bed, and two single guest beds couldn't have been better! Well done Dreams!

Warrington Dreams We where served by a very knowledgeable and friendly staff member called Richard. He listened to our needs and showed us a range of products to suit us. We where welcomed upon entry to the store by him and he also offered us tea or coffee which was a nice touch. We where then shown the dreams machine to help pick the correct bed for me. Really pleased with your experience in your store.

The saleswoman greeted us within a couple of minutes in entering the store, asked us questions on what we were interested in and our needs,she then suggested the computer system testing bed to ensure we would have satisfaction matteress,which was a fabulous Idea especially a couple with different size a sleep patterns,.We were offered a drink by the staff even before we were committed to purchasing, Offers shared.a pleasant and stressless shopping experience,

We went in the store knowing we wanted & needed a new bed & mattress but didn’t know where to start it being quite awhile since we purchased a bed. Richard the store salesman asked us want we wanted & if we needed any help, he directed us to the ‘sleep tester’ which we tried & then began to show us the options from our print out. I had an idea of what type of bed I wanted so that was quite straightforward with the options available. Richard then proceeded to take us through the various mattress options advising of the quality & firmness to which we eventually decided on the Tempur mattress. Delivery was decided & the options of assembly & recycling of our old bed. Everything was thought of to make the experience pleasurable & unstressful so ‘thank you’ Richard, we await our new bed & mattress & I now have the time to decorate our bedroom with no rush.

Highly satisfied because we found what we were looking for and the sales assistant was very friendly and gave us plenty of advice.
