Care and attention to current COVID situation in evidence at Warrington store, my husband is disabled and we were using his wheelchair but all care was given to the situation in finding just the right mattress we required and we were not rushed into picking a mattress

Cheryl was extremely friendly & helpful. After having our sleeping positions analysed she took us to each of the recommended mattresses in turn &, after giving us the info on each one, she left us to try them without standing over us making us feel uncomfortable. She seemed very knowledgable on all products & answered all our questions. She was not at all pushy - an altogether pleasant & productive shopping experience that I would highly recommend.
