Friendly staff and gave us the advice we needed

Very happy with how the salesman dealt with the sale. Didn’t push and told me me take my time and have a think.

Greeted upon arrival and directed to the items I was interested in; knowledgeable staff helped me further. I shopped during covid but felt very safe with cleanliness, wiping down of surfaces etc

Got a great mattress and bed and the staff was really good showing us which products were suited to us

Great care and attention plus information provided by the store manager John. Gave us options and wasn’t pushy which is refreshing!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted nicely by staff and then John the store manager dealt with us he is very professional and knowledgeable and we loved our visit

The colleague that assisted me in the warrington store junction 9 alban retail park was called Cheryl she was friendly but not pushy extremely knowledgable and answered all my questions a professional service from the time I entered store to the time I placed the order. Nothing was too much trouble in fact the other team members were the same

Care and attention to current COVID situation in evidence at Warrington store, my husband is disabled and we were using his wheelchair but all care was given to the situation in finding just the right mattress we required and we were not rushed into picking a mattress
