Overall our experience at dreams was fantastic. My Only negative was that one of the product we ordered was not on the shop floor as it had been retinue for damage. Other than this the staff were all fantastic we were mostly helped by Toni who was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic without being pushy. She catered for absolutely everything we needed.

Everything was just a great experience

We visited the Warrington Winwick store looking to purchase two bed bases and a mattress. We were assisted by Toni who was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. She took the time to understand what we needed and advised accordingly and at no time did we feel pressured to decide on a product as Toni gave us space and time to try out suitable mattresses and beds. When ordering through Toni the experience was as good, professional at all time and Toni had our wellbeing in mind cleaning the area, keyboard and mouse when necessary. Well done Toni, a great shopping experience.

Delivery time over 2 months for a standard mattress seems excessive, I know they are hand made, but if you are running a promotion surely you should carry some stock.
