Dreams - Warrington

We were looked after by Christopher, he was very helpful, very knowledgeable and chatted away not only about the bed but every day life. He made the experience quite enjoyable, because not everyone enjoys 1. shopping or 2. spending lots of money - especially on a necessity and not a treat!! LOL.

I was greeted by Chris upon arrival, I was unsure of what Bed frame I wanted but he went through the style and colour options. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Quick and efficient service, all needs were met.

100 percent service despite being very busy

Lee the salesman was brilliant with my 87 year old auntie had a lot of time & patience with her & understood exactly what she was looking for

John was very helpful and knowledgable about everything in the store

Chris was very helpful, taking time to understand our needs, showing us the type of bed we were looking for, giving us time to consider our choice, not being pushy, and helping keep us safe with paper roll in place on top of the pillow.

Sales person very efficient and took the time to listen and help. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly without giving is the' hard sell'. We felt very relaxed with him.

Chris who helped us was very polite and respectful and his help made it easier to purchase

First day of shop opening of which 2 elderly folk were excited to be able to shop at Dreams the staff were to say the least very, very helpful It is not easy to purchase a new bed after many years of merely talking about it,where does one start Dreams is one,s answer Helpful charming young man took us in hand we ordered just what we wanted No delivery date as yet but hey we will wait.

John the store Manager was very understanding and kind. The item we wanted was out of stock since October 2020, when it came back into stock 6 months later John recognised us and placed our order.
