From walking in to our purchase I was highly satisfied with all aspects of my visit we was shown to the virtual bed that assessed us both for which mattress would be best suited to us then we was shown the mattresses that would be for us with our own pillow and fresh paper to place on top staff was brilliant friendly and informative great visit

John served me. His friendliness and knowledge were brilliant. There was a large choice and we were not rushed. All in all a great experience. My boys were even given a bottle of water each!

Having decided that we needed to buy a new bed, we went looking originally for an ottoman bed. We had plenty of time browsing around the store and comparing all the different beds, but we believe it became clear to your colleague that we required assistance. The colleague who approached us was a lady called Toni, she had lovely smiley eyes ( couldn't see her face properly because of her mask). She politely asked if we would like any assistance, which we accepted. She was very helpful, showed us the Ottoman beds we had originally decided we needed and allowed us to try them out. After discussion, we changed from the ottoman beds as they were quite heavy, Toni showed us all the types of beds that we could choose from, explaining the differences between them all and allowing us to try them all out, she kindly brought pillows and a clean cover for the pillows, so we could have the full experience in each case. We eventually choose a Tempra mattress and a base with storage drawers. I have to say the knowledge your colleague has and the helpfulness she offered as well as the time given was exceptionally outstanding and we thanked her for her kindness , an asset to you.

Lee dealt with us from start to finish during our visit at the Warrington store. He was knowledgable, friendly and let us go at our own pace. He wasn’t at all pushy in the sales process, made us feel completely at ease. A real credit to your company, and a pleasure to deal with.

We were greeted as we entered. All very clean, staff wearing masks etc. Assistant and manager very pleasant, polite and helpful. The staff were not pushy, gave advice about the different options. Very pleased with the overall experience.
