managed to narrow down a good selection of mattresses using the test bed, and the sales assistent provided very good advice and guidance.

I was highly satisfied, because the assistant was very friendly and helpful without pushing for sales, she advised us well with what we wanted to buy

Bought an ex display bed and this was discounted even further and was given pillow too :) Good customer satisfation. All staff were friendly and helpful . Processed quickly and delivery date within the week :)

What I wanted was available, staff were friendly and polite, and I completed my order quickly and efficiently

Chris was approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped us to find the type of bed frame we were interested in and halo with the mattress selection. He made our decisions far easier than they would have been without him. Chris is a credit to the branch.
