Dreams - Warrington

I have visited the local store in Warrington twice, the first time Chris assisted me and my son and I was very satisfied with his attention to detail knowledge and help he was very professional. The second visit was with my husband and Daman helped us chose our bed mattress and pillows and I was equally impressed and satisfied with the the service. You have two very good professional staff, who clearly enjoy what they do and care about customer satisfaction. Thank you I will most definitely use Dreams in the future.

I think the member of staff was called Katy and she was amazing. We were shopping with our little boy who is nearly 2 and she was amazing in helping entertain him so we could try the mattresses whilst also being able to help and advise us. It made it a great experience and I would definitely return to that store because of her service.

Knowledgeable friendly professional colleague dealt with us... not pushy and not ‘in my face’...I hate being badgered I stores and I didn’t feel at all uncomfortable here

I was greeted when I came into the store and asked if I needed any help. I told the assistant, Chris, what I was after and he recommended trying the Sleepmatch machine to make sure I was looking into the best possible mattress for my needs. I was given a pillow to try on the mattresses which was better suited to side sleepers to help me make a decision. He then showed me a variety of mattresses and described each one in detail. I was also offered a bottle of water while I was there, which was a nice touch. Everything was sanitised and I was given a cover for the pillow as well so I felt very safe shopping in store.

Lee was extremely helpful, full of knowledge and not 'pushy' as I find some sales representatives.

The staff were lovely and the time it took to order was quick along with delivery also being quick (less than a week)

The sales advisor was very friendly and informative and the manager was also very attentive

Excellent service, Chris, the young man who serve us, was very knowledgeable.

Knowledgeable staff, very helpful but also respectful of not “pushing” a sale, giving space for consideration.

The ladies were very helpful and took time showing me the recommended options.
