The lady that helped us was really excellent. Our son is on the Autistic Spectrum and she really helped to ensure that he was getting the right product.

We were greeted by the store representative Dee. She was lovely. Nothing was to much trouble. She offered us a drink on arrival and asked what we were looking for. We went on the mattress simulator to find a mattress that met our sleep position. Dee then allowed us to try out the mattresses . We struggled to decide but Dee was very patient with us and suggested we try as many as needed. She also showed us a wide range of divan beds and bed frames, again we changed our minds regarding colour and style many times but nothing was too much trouble for Dee

Dee was very helpful in helping me and my partner pick out a mattress. Recommending a medium memory foam mattress for a great price.

We had rather specific needs to allow flexibility with the sleeping arrangements we required. We explained this to the sales person and what we had in mind and she came up with various ideas regarding the products available and helped us choose the best option for us.

Christopher allowed me time to browse initially then advices on how to get the best bed type he also was attentive to my requirements and budget

I have a lot of medical problems,but the young lady who was dealing with me was very helpful. I actually had a coffee, very much appreciated.
