From walking through the door, we were met by 'Bob' and he was so helpful in helping us chose the perfect mattress to suit us. Absolutely superb assistance and so friendly and knowledgeable person.

John the manager was the colleague he dealt with us and was excellent. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and explained the products clearly and succinctly. He also listened and demonstrated he had understood our needs.

GIVEN PLENTY TIME TO MAKE DECISION

Freedom of choice and allowed to try as many products as we wanted. Help available when we needed it but not crowded or pushed to make a decision

Our sales assistant Toni knew.exacly what we wanted and was very polite, patient and helped us a lot in choosing the right mattress. We maintained social distance and worn masks, we felt very comfortable and confident with her.
