John came to us as we entered the store & pointed us in the right direction for our purchase. He allowed us to browse & then gave us information on the item we chose. He was the most patient & friendly gentleman hi made us feel so relaxed. He explained everything in detail & we left saying what wonderful customer service. A credit to the team

Great staff, store manager was so helpful. And a quick process for ordering. He even went out of his way to find books about the olympians for us to read while we were choosing a bed frame.

No nonsense looking at products, not hassled by sales people. Knew roughly what we wanted so straight forward

When we visited the store we where greeted by a member off staff called John and he was extremely helpful It didn’t seem like he was pushing for a sale which is nice cause most places seem to try and make you try and buy there products. He was very good at his job to make sure we found the right product that was perfect to us I will definitely be using this store again.

Had a welcome greeting. Given a pillow to use when testing the mattresses. Description of all mattresses explained. Friendly service.

The sleep match machine was great and made it so much easier to choose a mattress. The sale assistant was really friendly and helpful. Our safety and comfort was looked after with pillow covers and water offered. Very impressed.

Very helpful staff (John), very informative and explained the types of mattresses best suited to us and our price point.
