Dreams - Warrington

We were unsure of what we wanted when we entered the store, but we were really well looked after, shown a wide range of options and given a lot of attention to help us make our decisions. Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, which I can't often say about shopping. We have just moved house, after days of stress I could have happily stayed in the store testing out all the comfy mattresses. Big thank you to the shop staff for spending time with us and helping us to make the best decisions for us.

This was all due to the girl that served us. It was the warrington branch. I have lost the card that she gave me but think her name was Katy. She has brown hair and freckles. Slight build. Honestly she was incredibly really personable. Not robotic or too much. Her knowledge was fantastic. She was brilliant with my mum. She is a credit to you. Please find out who she is I really hope I got the right name. She deserves some praise. She really did go over and above. Furthermore we would of probably gone and looked else where or made a decision at home. However she was just amazing and that where we decided to place an order

Was approached by an assistant as soon as we entered the store. She was very helpful without being pushy. Her name was Dee. She showed my son the automatic set up to confirm which type of mattress he needed, which he used. She then showed us several mattresses that had been recommended by the system. She provided him with a pillow so he could try out the mattresses and when he had made his decision she very quickly got us sorted out.

The whole experience was very good. Dee the assistant that helped me was very helpful. Put me in the bed apparatus, she then took me to the different mattresses that would suit my needs. Carried a pillow all around the store, as I am disabled. Very helpfull and stress free experience.

Damanjit was excellent in the way she conducted the shopping experience .Highly professional and provided re-assurance throughout the process.I commend her for a star rating award for exceptional service.

The assistance offered by the store assistant was excellent. Very helpful and very attentive.

Toni in your warrington branch was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Very informative and gave us time to think. She definitely deserves 10 out of 10 for customer service.

Just a pleasant shopping experience with Friendly staff. Efficient and it was easy to purchase and find what I wanted. Bob was really helpful
