The customer service associate (Chris) was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He assisted me with my purchase in a hospitable manner, including offering me a drink and making sure I was 100% happy with everything before moving on to the next step. I found Chris very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in store. Also he did not try to show me the most expensive products as I have found from other stores instead he selected mattress and beds that were suited to my needs following the advanced tech in store. He was thorough and went into detail about all items, delivery and very informative about the trial period.
