James was excellent, let me try as many mattresses as I needed, didn't try the hard sell on more expensive products and was just overall super helpful

This is the second time we have been back to Dreams for our bed. Chris spent a lot of time ascertaining what our needs were and found several options for us to try. We felt looked after during the whole experience and we are satisfied with our purchase. At checkout - the insurance options are always a bit mundane and take the edge of the excitement of buying a great new bed. This always feels like a big sales exercise and is not a critisism aimed at just Dreams. If a customer is spending £4K+ on a product you should include all insurance in the price, even the enhancements.

How I step into the shop I get welcome by a nice lady helping me to choose my bed. After having a computer test, something I have never seen before, it was given specifically information about witch type of matrass will suit me. After that step, everything was easy and I have find my best matrass in few minutes. I enjoy that experience!

Shopping for bed frame, mattress and cabinets, good variety of all to choose from. Checked out a few and was given lots of info from staff as to options available. No pressure selling and made to feel at ease whilst browsing. Previous customer returning again leading to further sales and would definitely recommend to others.
