Someone was available straight away, offered us a drink and took the time to understand our needs

Dee was wonderfully. Showed us straight to the products we were looking for. Explained the differences and demonstrated how to use them. Then gave us time to consider which to buy. Even had a cup of coffee. We will be back.

The assistant was really helpful he couldn't do enough to help me and was very patient with me excellent customer care

I was very satisfied because I found a very good mattress and bed. The personal was very friendly and helpful and showed us plenty to choose from. Great customer service.

Richard greeted us as soon as we walked in and introduced us to the weird bed that selects a mattress for you. He was super friendly and welcoming. He then gave us pillows and showed us around 7 mattresses. I wasn't convinced on buying anything until he told us about the sale. It seemed like a great deal. He was great all round and even offered us drinks of water and coffee. He stayed with us while a coworker made a coffee for me.

No hard sell. All questions answered. Good advice. Plenty of time to browse and try both with advisor and privately. Advisors judgement good when giving us; the customer, time to deliberate. Thanks. Good experience all round

It was my first experience in buying a mattress and was a bit overwhelmed by the choice out on the market so was initially just looking around. Toni (I think) offered the sleep machine thing to help choose which I accepted and she then showed me all the mattresses that where recommended to me based on the sleep assessment based on all budgets. It was a great experience and Toni? Was great.

Assistant was very good and went out of her way. She also knew about beds in detail.

We were greeted by the store representative Dee. She was lovely. Nothing was to much trouble. She offered us a drink on arrival and asked what we were looking for. We went on the mattress simulator to find a mattress that met our sleep position. Dee then allowed us to try out the mattresses . We struggled to decide but Dee was very patient with us and suggested we try as many as needed. She also showed us a wide range of divan beds and bed frames, again we changed our minds regarding colour and style many times but nothing was too much trouble for Dee
