Dreams - Warrington

Dee was very attentive and as we didnt really know what we wanted she was able to show us all of the different types of beds and colours available. She was very attentive to our needs and even offered us a go on the machine that tailored to our needs to decide which mattress would be suitable for us. she was amazing and very welcoming and knowledgeable.

I found we was greeted very well as I spoke with a colleague a few days before & we said that we can’t get in store till a couple days later & what we appreciated was that the gentleman we spoke to passed it on to his manger & the manger dealt with us when we arrived so we thought that was very good management from the store

We visited the Warrington store and from start to finish the customer service was excellent. The staff member (duty manager) we dealt with was brilliant. Not pushy and excellent product knowledge and totally put us at ease. Explained everything well and can you pass on out thanks Bonus was we also got a brew 👍

Your staff weren't pushy they let us browse the store before asking did we need any help they were very informed about their products and made us feel relaxed and in no rush to make our minds up we have been dreams customers for many years and wouldn't purchase a bed from anywhere else

Our salesman knew his patter, was well presented and friendly and entertained us well on a necessary purchase. We got to test a few beds, pick the colour we wanted and material etc. The only reason I didn't hit "highly satisfied" with delivery time was to reference a joke I had with Christopher about just wanting to either crash there or just pick up and take the thing home that moment xD. We even got a giggle out of the space bed- one should consider trippy forest scenery for the screen though :) Though I suppose then you'll never get people off it in 3 minutes. We did get to take our pillows home, correctly designed for our sleep positions, and already from months of insomnia we have managed to get a couple decent nights... so it's like counting down to xmas waiting for the bed to arrive. We got a fair price and insurance on the items worth having, and walked out with a bloody great smile. Cheers Chris.

Excellent service

Christopher was great. Not at all pushy but very helpful. Credit to your store and should be commended in his passion and manner

We had been investigating buying a new bed at a couple of local stores and were very impressed at the level of service from your 'sleep expert' Toni at the Warrington store. She was very helpful in sorting out our needs and we returned to the store the next day to place an order ( despite the fact we could have purchased similar products in another local store for slightly less ,but with less helpful staff).

The explanation of the different types of product available was informative and made it easier to decide on what type of product was suitable for us
