De the staff member was very helpful and knowledgable,we had an idea what we wanted but when we went the store regarding the bed base but not Te mattress so we where very pleased to accept advice.

Your Dreams Colleague asked my name and introduced himself. Spoke with me calling me by my name and let me try a few different mattress' and at no time was I rushed into making a decision.

The machine made the process easy followed by the sales person giving perfect advice

Bob was very helpful and had a pleasant manner. Honestly have no criticism at all. He made the whole experience easy, explained things well, was able to answer all our questions with good knowledge of the products.
