The staff were very helpful, friendly and eager to help us with what we were looking for. Very patient with us as we were quite indecisive. We didn’t feel rushed into making decisions and were able to choose the right beds for us.

sales assistant very friendly and helpful, but not pushy, gave us plenty of time to chat between ourselves. not having purchased a bed for quite a while the help and advice given was invaluable.

Upon entering the store, my wife and I where left to browse quietly for roughly two to three minutes, John approached us, showed us a couple of beds in our interest group and then proceeded to answer several of my very specific questions about mattress wear, divan bases etc. He showed us a mattress very near what we purchased from Dreams several years ago, and it was very much what we wanted. He assisted us with pillows and let us quietly and privately test the mattress. Some minutes later John again approached us but only to reassure us he had not abandoned us, yet at the same time did not want to pressure us. That approach in retail is very helpful. With Johns help we settled on a color scheme that will go with our carpet and furnishings. The only problem we had really was an IT problem with the Delivery Schedule. John quickly and efficiently resolved this problem while we continued our shopping in the complex. My wife and I where both offered hot drinks, and the other staff present where so very helpful as well. The store was brand new, so it was excellent in every area! Definitely would visit the store again and Definitely Recommend!

I was allowed to look around the store without being hassled. At the point I was ready to buy Cheryl was extremely helpful and dealt with the order efficiently. She detailed the different offers available and helped me weigh up what was the best mattress for me without pressurising - she gave me the facts and let me decide. The purchase and arranging delivery was very smooth. After going next door to purchase a fridge/washing machine, I returned to Dreams to change the delivery date so that everything would arrive on the same day. There was absolutely no issue with making this change and it was done quickly.
