Knowing little about the improvements to the manufacture of beds it was good to have information allowing us to select the best one for our needs.

Clean store and plenty of choice. Staff were knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to choose, helpful and friendly. Not pressured or rushed.

There is a lot of choice and wasn't sure what I was looking for. Rachael approached me quickly to offer assistance and explained the colour coded system. I told her my budget and she showed me what was on offer and what each mattress offered in terms of comfort. She brought me a pillow to try (which I loved and bought). She also sold me mattress protection in case I damaged it which she explained was worth it because you get a free mattress protector which was suitable to my mattress (breathable). She got me a little bit of discount which I was happy with. The sale happened quickly and efficiently, no hard sell just helpful and pleasant!.
