Ellie the sales representative was very knowledgeable and wasn't too pushy, she showed me the types of mattresses that I required in a friendly and informative manner.

This was a repeat visit after ordering mattresses the week earlier we found my sons divan had broken so returned to order a new bed. Rachael served us and was extremely helpful like John the week before.

The manager served us and was very understanding of our needs.

Your salesman gave us some good information on the product we were looking at and what was available.

We had a lovely buying experience in dreams at warrington, winick by Ashley. Our needs and budget was assessed and we were presented with a range of products to match. We were also given a cup of tea and a variety of pillows to try on all the different mattresses. We did not feel rushed or pressured into buying but I feel through the knowledge and opinion of Ashley, we have purchased a very good bed and mattress from a reliable name that has perfectly met our expectations. Thank you dreams for finding us our perfect bed that will last us for at least the next 5-10 years and having a great nights sleep to aid a productive day ahead

We entered the Dreams showroom in Albion Retail Park Warrington with the intention of may be purchasing a bed, as ours was about 8/9 years old. We have previously always purchased a Burgess bed but were open to a change. We were very very impressed with Lee Ryan who was friendly and helpful but not intrusive. He gave us the facts very clearly about the products we were interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process of making the beds, and the materials used. This did impress us and filled us with confidence. A refreshing change from staff who do not know what they are talking about at other bed shops in our opinion. Well done to him! We did purchase a Flaxby Natures Finest 8500 DNair sprung mattress and base to be delivered in February The manager John was very helpful too with information, and we have been very impressed at the service in this shop. We will certainly recommend
