Staff introduced themselves answered questions but then walked away with no pressure tactics until we were ready to chat. There was no hard sell. They listened to our needs and advised. Very helpful and friendly.

Staff had good product knowledge

No pressure salesmanship. Able to test all products. Extremely helpful sales staff. Dealt with our requirements promptly. Opportunity to discuss privately prices and discounts.

Friendly and helpful, but not pestering assistance like some other bed shops.

We entered the store with little knowledge of the various types of mattress. We were greeted by Cheryl, who offered to assist. She clearly explained all we needed to know and allowed us to inspect and try any mattresses without pressure, whilst remaining on hand to answer any questions. We were impressed by the range and selection of mattresses in the store, and felt able to make our own decision, with the benefit of the help and advice given by Cheryl. We were happy to make our purchase there and then, without the need to ' shop around' at other mattress stores.

Ellie listened understood our needs and offered options and was flexible .she helped us understand mattress types and costs.

Staff very helpful and professional

Quick and friendly service. Didn't try and get us to buy anything we didn't want and didn't go to the most expensive range. Was even offered and hot drink as it was so cold outside.

Sales person was very friendly,knowledgeable and efficient.

Both the assistant, Lee-Ryan and the manager were extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.
