The shop assistants were really helpful but in no way pressurising . The order process was much quicker thsn i ecpected. I thought we'd get a hard sell on product insurance

Staff were very friendly, allowed us to time to browse and discuss unhindered. Very knowledgeable when asked questions.

We were served by Rachel , she understood our needs for our sons new 'big boy bed'. Rachel was not pushy with any of the add on sales but we did take her up on the cover options as she sold them very well to us. Very knowledgeable and a assist to your team. Rachel offered us a drink which I thought was nice as I was very thirsty. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience, I just hope my son appreciates it :)

We had the pleasure of Rachel’s assistance who gave us, time, consideration or our needs and information of the products we were looking at. From start to finish she made us feel comfortable in her company and not rushed into making any kind of commitment. We set out that day to just look at mattresses but was more than happy to walk away with what we had purchased.
