Both Rachel & John were very helpful during our visit to the store. The offered useful advice regarding our purchase

We went to this Dreams store twice, first time to gather information and the second time to double check and place an order. Both times we spoke to Lee-Ryan. Firstly he listened to our needs and then showed us our options, then he left us alone for a while whilst we had a look at the beds and tried out the various mattresses. At no time where we pressured our persuaded to buy any particular model. All questions and queries were answered fully and clearly. Then two weeks later we went back to recap and place an order. At all times Lee-Ryan and his colleagues were polite and helpful and the store was bright and clean.

We were dealt with by a young girl named ellle who was highly knowledgable and made us feel welcome as soon as we came through the door. Nothing was too much hassle even though we are fussy (difficult) customers. We wouldn’t change anything about our experience and we look forward to the delivery!

John the manager of the store was very helpful and friendly. He advices us well in what we wanted.

Polite nature in which we were greeted. No pressure to make an immediate purchase. Given time & space to make our decision.

John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't pester us while we were looking just gave us the information we needed and let us wander around the store by ourselves. He was then on hand when we decided to make our purchase. He made the whole experience easy and pleasent without us feeling any pressure to buy unlike the assistant at the middlebrook store who was very pushy and didn't give us time to browse resulting in our leaving the store. So glad we decided to visit your store at Warrington couldn't praise John and the other assistants highly enough .
