The girl (Rachel) that served us was very knowledgeable about the beds and very understanding of our needs

The assistant listened to my needs and tailored her help and advice to those needs. She was friendly and helpful and even provided cups of tea whilst sorting out my order. The whole experience was stress free and I felt I had got a good deal for my money.

Our customer service assistant, Lee-Ryan, was the most helpful, knowledgable, friendly sales staff I have ever met. He greeted us with a smile when we walked in the door letting us know he was there, but then stepped back to allow us the freedom to make our own choices. When we expressed interest he explained the pricing clearly, gave us a helpful layout of the store and even got a better pillow for my pregnant wife. When we decided on a bed he brought us tea and coffee and went the extra mile brining our daughter some colouring books while we went through everything. He was a genuinely nice bloke who clearly knew the business inside out, telling us about his own preferences and experiences while relating to us on a personal level about kids and moving. He made the whole experience an enjoyable one and we left saying that we wished all sales staff could be like him! He deserves all the praise, and promotions, possible.

The first visit to the store I was given good advice from Cheryl and shown the suitable product immediately. When I returned to product I was again helped by Cheryl who dealt with the sale in an efficient and friendly manner.
