Richard (first company representative I dealt with) was very helpful and understanding with my requests and after sorting my sleep profile shown me 3 very good options of mattress which I eventually purcahed one of my options. Toni (second company representative who I dealt with) was also very helpful, double checking my sleep match results to make sure I was picking the correct mattress I wanted from the 3 I was offered for my needs, offered Richard the chance to keep his customer (me) and she would deal with the job he was currently doing but was a real pleasure to deal with and great with offering me all the options available to me.

I was shopping with my 82 year old mum who needs a new mattress, Richard in the Warrington store couldn’t do enough for us, he listened to our requirements and was able to direct us to the products that were best for us, we were then able to make an informed decision.

The sales assistant Toni , was friendly , very professional & very knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our visit.

The customer service assistance, Bob, was very friendly and helpful. He had expert knowledge and used the specialist bed system to determine the best mattress for myself and my husband. He made sure he understood our requirements for deign of headboard and bed type as well as mattress.

Our first meeting was with Katy who was extremely helpful and informative The second time when we purchased our bed was with a guy (can’t remember his name) Who was very helpful and talked us through the options of delivery, and the bonus was the Black Friday deal which was amazing
