Friendly efficient staff member who was knowledgeable about the products available and satisfied with the products purchased

I was in the store to help my mum choose a single bed. We were approached by the sales assistant poss manager John. We explained mums requirements has she was feeling emotional as dad is needing a hospital bed therefore mum needing a single bed. John was wonderful, kind, and most of all understanding. He didn't rush mum and made sure she was happy with her purchase and he had a lovely personality with a appropriate sense of humour turning the situation into a pleasant experience and mum and myself coming away happy and satisfied. Staff very helpful and friendly. Helped us choose a bed and left us to have a lie down on it and chose us the correct pillows to go with each bed.

Very friendly and efficient assistant Ellie who was chatty but professional and handled the sale excellently.

We were offered assistance but it wasn't forced upon you. Cheryl took a step back and wasn't pushy. She was very informative and offered us different scenarios to fully meet our needs. We cam out spending double what we'd gone in for but felt we'd paid a fair price.

It was a very easy purchase experience and couldn’t be faulted. I put this down to great products and attentive, confident and relaxed sales team. I didn’t feel ‘sold to’ at any point. Lots of knowledge when we needed it, and felt the environment was professional and customer focused.

John helped me with checking measurements as the height of the bed I was ordering for my mother was crucial. He gave lots of good advice.
