Lee was exceptional from start to finish he was there when needed but never forceful his product knowledge was second to none. We found ourselves not only comfortable in Lee's presence but actually enjoying it. We shared stories about our life's even to the point of speaking about Lee's child Jacob, who Lee spoke about with real pride. We will continue to purchase from dreams in the future because of this experience.

The overall customer service was brilliant and in many ways it exceeded our expectations. Dreams was suposed to be our first store that we were meant to visit and we planned to go to other retailers but after our first visit we made our mind up that we are going to to for one of the Dreams beds. We looked no further. John, the store manager who spoke with us, was very knowledgeable and helpful.
