The customer service was excellent. Competent staff friendly and professional. Expensive product but top quality product and services.

Manager gave technical help as well as leaving us on our own to decide. Exemplary. He was very well presented and polite.

The member of staff was very friendly & helpful, I couldn't ask for a better level of service from start to finish in store, I just hope the delivery & the product when it arrives is of the same quality!!

We were dealt with by an assistant and the manager of the Warrington store. They were both accommodating, friendly, informative, knowledgeable and helpful. They gave us lots of information and listened to our requirements.

We visited the Warrington store (Junction NINE Retail Pk) today and we were pleasantly surprised with the customer service we received! We were made to feel comfortable and at ease. We weren’t pressurised in any way (which I always dread)! We were aware that staff were available to assist and they did so on several occasions. Lee-Ryan was the main reason we bought a bed today! He gave great, practical advise and was very knowledgeable. He was pleasant but not at all pushy - the perfect sales pitch! Thanks Lee-Ryan. You’re a star!

We were highly satisfied with all aspects of this purchase. The sale assistant, Cheryl, was very helpful. She listed to what we wanted and didn't want. She didn't push a particular bed and mattress on to us but indicated what fitted in with our requirements and let us make our own mind up,

Once we informed your salesperson what we were looking for, he directed us to the products which would meet our needs and together with his knowledge of your products enabled us to purchase our new divan base and mattress (we did need to purchase a new divan base and mattress but on this occasion only went in to look what you had on offer but due to the salesperson being in tune with our needs - we actually purchased on the same day). We also needed to defer the delivery date and this was no problem.

John was very helpful and knowledgeable. Did not get rushed and took time explaining products. Was very patient with me and Mum. We Was offered a drink and made comfortable.

Staff were available and willing to help but not too intrusive, allowing us to spend the necessary time to try different mattresses and types of beds. Store well set out, extremely clean with appropriate advice around. As buying a bed can be time consuming, I appreciate the possibility of having a drink whilst there.
