Dreams - Warrington

We visited Dreams today and had a browse before chatting to the advisor Cheryl who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She offered us a warm drink and left us time to browse and try out each bed we were interested in. The store was nice and airy, cool and a pleasant experience. We spent about 30-45 minutes there and ordered a lovely bed we are very much looking forward to receiving.

Spent a goodly time viewing the products... each question was answered and requests (eg putting a sheet on the bed) fulfilled. No pressure. The offer of a drink was welcome especially as it was a hot day.

The sales staff were extremely knowledgable and professional, were able to answer all our questions in relation to the products and services immediately. We felt confident in the service provided and the products we have purchased.

The manager was very knowledgeable. He was very helpful but not over powering as we found in Bensons. He was friendly and made us feel at ease.

The service was excellent from the minute we entered the store. Most informative but no intrusive. We felt relaxed and able to browse at our leisure.

John was very helpful and very knowledgeable. John provided advice but did not follow us round the shop, so didn’t feel any pressure, but regularly checked whether we needed help.

Staff were amazing very helpful made me feep very comftable with my purchase. Prices were amazing too.

The assistant took the time to understand what we wanted and then had the knowledge to identify the suitable options. This made our decision very easy.

We visited Dreams Warrington and the assistant Cheryl's customer service was excellent and understood our requirements. As there was a problem with the transaction, computer problems we re visited on Bank Holiday Monday and was greeted with understanding and appreciation of our return. Drinks and cool drinks offered to my grandchild and ourselves. Cheryl could not apologise enough for our need to re visit the store. The reason we did return was because of the excellent service we received and would have no hesitation recommending to friends, which we have already. The products are excellent quality. Thank you for staff like Cheryl who gives top customer service.
