From the moment my family and myself walked into the store, we were impressed and pleased with the help we were given. When the beds were delivered the delivery guys were very helpful and polite.

As soon as I entered the store the staff were very friendly, offering assistance. I chose my mattress and bed and the lovely staff member Cheryl was very helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. I left the store very satisfied.

Shopping for beds is daunting! Cheryl was fantastic- she was helpful without being pushy, or 'hovering' as some sales people do. Once she had pointed us in the right direction ie which colours on the news designated firm, medium etc, and where to find gel and memory foam, she left us to it. But then throughout she seemed to gauge exactly what we were looking for before we even said anything! For example, a comparison silentnight mattress when we were looking at a Therapur- pointing out that is was the same price after deductions etc so we didn't feel pushed into buying something more expensive. Beverages were offered throughout and the loo was available, which is a bonus when you're shopping for an hour! The time at the computer processing the order was slow, but totally down to the internet speed for which John and Cheryl apologised profusely. Very detail throughout the process, ordering, delivery, warranties, were explained thoroughly and certain items on the terms and conditions were pointed out as being important. Overall super experience which was a'big job' out of the way when shopping for my daughters' new flat.

I have bought from Dreams before but this store excelled in helpfulness, friendliness and knowledge. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely go back to the store should I need anything further. Katy and John spent lots of time with me and didn't rush me at all.

You have a great range of beds. The store was clean and the staff very friendly. I have already told a few friends after they were saying there looking for a bed. I'd been to other bed shops and it was off putting due to have beds cramped into a small space.
