Dreams - Warrington

Very friendly service. advice was helpful. offered drinks. problems when placing order due to being served by a newcomer. a colleague helped him out and we got there in the end.

We went into Dreams in Warrington to buy a mattress and was met by the lovely Cheryl. She explained all about the different mattress choices of which we had no idea so her knowledge was valuable to us and helped us decide which one was best for us. Cheryl's customer service was really friendly and professional. We will be back and recommend to our family and friends.

We were listened to and helped thoroughly by the team member, we didnt really know where to start at all but needed a mattress urgently and had very good value for money!

David was friendly, approachable and professional, he took time to listen to what we wanted and offered plenty of options, along with practical advice. We liked how the colour coding of beds which made it easier to find the right comfort within our budget.

David was brilliant. My husband is currently off work sick and he understood that we needed a bed desperately as we had sold our original one because we needed a higher bed and we had a new one delivered the previous day from another store and it was awful. We are now sleeping on a mattress on the floor whilst waiting for our new bed and he never look down on us when we told him we couldn’t afford much at this current time with ny husband off work and he gave us pricing on various beds and nothing was too much trouble

I object to have to paid extra to have my product delivered or to be installed in my house it is not just the money side but the like of customer experience that leaved me with a sour flavoured I will think twice to come to you next time. This is very low penny pinching. £30. Really discrace shame on you people and colleagues

Very helpful, knowledgable staff.No pressure or irrelevant sales talk. Empathetic to requirements. Friendly attitude and good atmosphere of staff. Excellent selection with clear explanation of products. Good lsyout and colour coded system evident making choice easy to make.

Both my husband and I were Highly Satisfied with the whole experience at Dreams because the sales assistant was very capable, she was polite and understanding of our needs and explained everything to us that helped us understand the product we were interested in and explained all our options. We felt the customer service was impeccable and made what we considered the perfect choice for our needs at a price that we could afford and are awaiting delivery of our stunning new mattress.

Staff at Warrington branch were excellent! I had my 2young sons with me and thought it would be a nightmare, but the purchase was done with ease and speed and the staff listened to what i was looking and explained the different options, I’ve had spinal surgery so needed to right product and I have found it! Can’t thank your staff enough for their patience and also the manager ( I assume) for playing with my boys!! Thank you

The assistant , Ellie, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We wanted specific item but needed guidance. Delivery was available when we wanted too.
