The assistant Cheryl was calm and understanding I felt confident in the information she was giving me.

Lee-Ryan was friendly and helpful but not pushy and over bearing. He checked any details he wasn’t sure of and got the tape measure out to help us visualise an item that wasn’t on display. He was efficient, explained everything and didn’t mind clarifying any points we didn’t get the first time around. We will be furnishing another home shortly and will be returning to speak with Lee -Ryan then to purchase more items. Very happy with our experience.

I’ll be honest, I have no idea about beds but the colleagues were easy to understand and catered to our every need. They helped us understand what is tailored to both myself and my partner and were able to find the perfect bed with the perfect frame. Very happy with the staff and range of products :)

The assistant new when to approach us and when to withdraw. she explained the different style and firmness and show us a new computerised simulator. I was very impressed with her attitude and friendly manor

Ellie was extremely helpful, pointed us in the right direction for what we were looking for and gave us time to look round before coming to see if we needed any more help, she took time to speak to our 2 very excitable foster children and made them feel welcome too.

Katy at the Warrington store found me the exact product I requested. I was quoted a fabulous price as I only required a divan base. Ordering and paperwork was very quick and efficient.

Lee-ryan was knowledgable and helpful throughout the whole process off my order from choosing the correct mattress to delivery, he even explained the importance of a good pillow and even got offered a drink!
