John was excellent. Very friendly indeed. He took his time to make sure we were very happy with our purchase. The rest of the staff were also very friendly, which made for a very good atmosphere in the shop. We will definitely recommend Dreams to all our friends.

The staff greeted us very nicely, gave us any info that we needed but also did not crowd us, which was a relief. When we asked questions Lee-Ryan was very knowledgeable about the mattresses & gave us any information that we needed. Overall it was a lovely experience, no one was pushy & it felt very informal, which is a nice change from other shops that we had been in recently making a large purchase. Lee-Ryan was very professional but also friendly & welcoming. He went through the purchase with us, explaining each step & even though this is the most money that we have ever spent on a mattress, we feel very happy with our purchase & feel like we have got value for money.

Cheryl came over and was super friendly and very very helpful. She had good knowledge of all different mattresses and was really lovely to speak to. She made the ordering process simple and easy and explained everything very well, and answered all my questions!

We were very well looked after by John the store manager,his product knowledge was second to none,he was a breath of fresh air and in these times when everyone seems to want to complain I cannot fault him in any way,very nice to have met you John.

I was so impressed that the different mattress types were clearly marked, as in colour coded. It meant I could easily select the appropriate ones to try out. The assistant came over to help soon after I entered the store but left me alone to test them out. She even offered me a similar pillow to my one at home. She was clearly visible should I need to ask her any questions. My order was promptly placed & I was very grateful to learn that my old mattress would be taken away.
