From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and very quickly put at ease by your sales assistant, Katy. We explained our requirement and needs for a new mattress before being laid to rest on "The Dream Machine" which measured our bodies and sleeping patterns. The result was a selection of mattresses matching our requirement.

We visited a number of bed shops and yours was the best price for the kind of bed we wanted. The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. She approached us and asked if we needed any assistance. Then left us free to browse at our leisure. We left to visit other shops. We then came back to purchase from you due to price and the customer service we had previously received.

I have always bought my mattresses online, but after recently seeing (rogue Traders TV Programme) which featured Fraudsters selling fake "Dream" mattresses online and door to door, and the CEO of Dreams being interviewed about this problem I decided my next Mattress purchase would be done in store and have peace of mind I was buying quality genuine goods. I visited the Dreams store on Winick Road Warrington late on Sunday evening 12th August after my Sunday shop on the retail park out of curiosity and was greeted by Ellie. As I am a saleswoman myself i was waiting for the hard sell, but the service i received was totally opposite. Ellie was polite, professional, listened to my story about what i saw on TV, and offered to help me and my husband find the correct mattress for our needs. Ellie explained the mattress analyzing machine to us which enabled us to find out what mattress suited our body and then led us to the correct mattress for us. This was outstanding service and meant i didn't have to waste valuable time jumping around testing mattresses!!. Ellie explained all purchase options and delivery time which sealed the purchase. great cup of tea too Thank you Ellie
