John our sales assistant was very helpful, he made sure the mattress was the correct on for both myself and husband.he talked us through the difference between all the mattress. He was friendly and nothing was a problem to him when we asked questions. He also talked through payment options. The quality of the beds and mattresses were high standards competed to other places we looked.and the prices were good for the quality of the goods compared to the other stores.very pleased .

We had never shopped for a mattress before and the sales advisor (Cheryl) took the time to explain everything from the basics of different types of mattresses to firmness ratings to guarantees and delivery/removal services. Cheryl then moved on to getting us matched to suitable mattresses through the assessment machine. With recommendations in hand and with the offered tea or coffee declined, we were then given opportunity to try whichever mattresses we liked with zero pressure, with Cheryl even going to the trouble of getting us some suitable pillows for our preferred sleeping positions. Once we had narrowed down our options Cheryl gave us more information on the products and followed that up with possible extras that we might be interested in and finance options. We were very happy with the package we ordered and with the decisions we made with the guidance and advice given by the sales team.

The staff were friendly, attentive and professional, even when we visited close to closing time. We had tried to visit the speak store only to find it closed despite the opening times advertised on the website. The staff at this branch were efficient on the telephone when we called to check they were open and were happy to continue the excellent work that had been started by your store in Chester.

I was undecided between Bensons and yourself, when I came into the store the staff very informative about the bed and the products, and it matched my colour scheme too!
