Cheryl at The Warrington branch was helpful not pushy and knew all about the products and I appreciated her advice.

Cheryl was brilliant! She showed us around all of our available options but didn’t hard-sell us which was great! We actually said we’d leave it and come back later, then went over to let her know we’d changed our mind and wanted to proceed! If we had a pushy salesperson, we’d be less likely to do this!

Dealt with the Assistant Manager, Lee Ryan, who was really helpful without being pushy. He knew everything about all of the stores products and gave us real confidence in what we were buying

The gentleman that helped us was great, was there when we needed him, but left us alone respecting out time to talk ant try out beds.

Given enough time to look round without being perstered. Assistance was there when we needed it. Assistants were knowledgeable and friendly. Very good

We were left to browse for a few moments then the assistant asked if we would like some help. Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and set up the system for analysing the type of bed that would be best for us, she then printed a list and showed us all the recommended mattress’s that were on the list, explaining how each was composed of the various materials. Whilst we were trying them all out she made some refreshments - we made our choice and the sale was completed quickly, after Cheryl made sure that we were aware of all the points on the documents. We were very happy with her advice and helpfulness.

The sales person wasn’t pushy at all he gave us plenty of time to decide even made us a coffee. We tried the sleep experience to see which mattress suited us both and we made our decision after that
